I use Youtube center, aside from downloading adds a lot of other configurations to youtube
It also removes all kind of ads from the videos

As for making webms i just use webm for retards

Youtube center, it's an extension for chrome and opera. Got pulled from the store to make youtuber shitter, very meta.
Anyway, that extension can download vids at any quality, even straight off the source as a webm. It also has links to other major download sites in case they have some other codecs or you want mp3(it doesn't do mp3 sadly)
