>>16907735You don't need to clear your mind like you think you need to, just acknowledge your thoughts and let them go, you can think about that another time. The worst thing you can do is getting worked up with trying because it's only taking you further away from a good AP. I recommend you to occupy your thoughts with "energy gathering" because it will automatically get you closer to the vibration stage. Imagining it is absolutely fine because it's just there to keep your awareness while getting closer to AP. Here's how you could do it.
- Imagine a puddle of energy below your feet
- Focus on your legs and imagine a beam going through your feet to the top of your head
- Shoot it up to space and focus on your feet again
- After a few times imagine the energy you shoot up to curve around you and into your feet again.

This imagination exercise leaves room to feel the vibrations through your whole body which is useful to project.
I'm skeptic and never liked that exercise until I found out it's supposed to be imaginative and actually helps.
