So /x/, I was wondering if anyone knows some current online mystery websites/ arg's that are up and running. Things such as gatewaytohell.org (pic related). These things always interested me.
When he was little, my father used to play in a wooded area near his house. One day, he was playing when he suddenly felt a presence behind him. He looked up, did not see the man's face (all he knew was that it was a man) because he was so tall and then bolted as fast as he possibly could. When he arrived home, he wrapped around his grandmother's leg and stayed in that position for the entire night and perhaps longer, I can't remember. When he explained to his grandma about what he had seen, she told him that perhaps he was a the "protector of children" warning him that something awful was about to him if he had ventured deeper into the woods. I just finished watching a documentary on the "Slender Man" and realized that my god, what my dad saw fit the description perfectly. The trauma inflicted on him also matched the symptoms of meeting this man. Has anyone met this guy? He likes staying close to wooded areas.

What's the most spookiest thing that ever happened to you?
I watched my dad's house while he was out of the country for a few months. Pretty creepy place, it's a newer house but 1/3 of a mile into the woods on a loose dirt and mud road. A lot of knocking sounds the whole time I was there but on the last week there it snowed and I saw fresh cowboy style boot prints around the back yard and near some trees in the snow. Later that night I saw a flashlight briefly in the woods for maybe 20 or 30 seconds. I yelled out and I heard rummaging like something running. My dad warned me of winter bears so I went back inside and got a rifle. I saw the flashlight again later but it was only for another 40 seconds and I didn't go outside but watched from the window. Stayed up all night looking out the windows.
Told my dad when he got back and he said he's never seen another person near his house the 7 years he's lived there. Also it wasn't a mailman or neighbors boot tracks. No neighbors and road to his house is blocked by a locked fence
So my dads an artist and believes that his improved ability to see patterns in nature has resulted in him witnessing the prevalence of sixes and hexagons in nature. He swears that it's literally the foundation of everything. Is there any truth to this, or is he losing his mind/obsessing over random numbers and geometric shapes?
Hello /x/. I live in a two-story house,in an isolated neighbourhood. About a few minutes ago,I heard some loud bang in the kitchen downstairs.My parents are gone on vacation and I'm home alone.I'm not a big fan of creepy things so I'm kinda afraid to investigate.but at the same time I'm afraid someone might have broke into my house.I am locked in my room upstairs with nothing I can use to defend myself.Anyone experienced similar things?I'm afraid that if I call the cops they won't take me seriously.Excuse me for the inapropriate image but it's the first picture I found on my computer.
Humans are born to live From the Moment you're thrown into the universe, you breath, eat, drink, procreate. It is what we do as living organisms. But why would one procreate. let alone find a reason to stay alive, without something to stay alive for. Humans don't stay alive for the sake of survival, but rather for the things, that bring purpose; Religion, art, music, love. In an endless obilivion of darkness and space, humans are the only species primitive enough to care. You must do what you love. The best things in life will always end in conflict, thats why humans are primitve. Fuck this planet, it is a piece of shit. Seriously. if I can not return to space then I will snort coke, until I die.
