>>16879698Guessing you might have written this also. Yes, one of the esoteric suggestions about consciousness is that spirit is 'attracted to' matter (probably gross simplification, semantics etc). Consciousness arising as a function of the relationship between spirit and matter. The increasing complexity of the matter allows a more complex consciousness to express through the form.
If this is true, then whether spirit will 'be attracted to' a piece of complex computer hardware and programming is the question. At the moment, the only thing we do know is as anon says, "most of us know nothing about consciousness."
