Hey /x/, can any of you give me insight about this dream I vividly remember having as a child? The dream was incredibly strange in that I didn't seem to have a body and it was just my consciousness and I was in this black void of nothingness except for this orb of light that I was staring at that seemed to be on invisible rails or something because it kept shooting back and forth while making a strange beeping sound that seemed to have had the doppler effect affect it just like it would in normal life. I would like to mention that I didnt have the ability to roam around or move or anything. it was just my consciousness stuck at that one point observing this orb shotting back and forth really far away from me and then fairly close. This dream is so peculiar to me because it is almost like I was shown the most basic function or the universe or something and it had this overwhelming feeling of complexity while at the exact same time being so incredibly simple which also created this absolutely mind-bogglingly strange feeling in itself. I also find it strange that a child has such an unorthodox subject matter for a dream. I do feel like we all have some sort of innate knowledge of the universe that takes some sort of trigger to tap into so maybe it was that. I have never taken any sort of hallucinogens but I do plan to in the future. I was about 6-7 years old. Tell me about some of your strange dreams similar to this and if anyone has anything to say about my dream I would very much appreciate it.
