It is old abandoned psycho ward. It's popular among people that like stuff like this. Someone recognized the location in the movie and went there to confirm it. This photo was taken recently, look at the window and the signs, everything matches. Author also said that he found a book at the place, something about infectious diseases. But I think that he dropped the book at the place by himself for spoopines. Also here is the photo from the outside.
