>>16892872All you need is some light objects. Psy wheels are great, because it's literally some paper rotating on a needle. The problem is that your breath can easily disturb it, so make sure to wear something like a scarf or even your shirt before your mouth and nose. Or, just hold your breath, that works too. Contrary to popular belief, the warmth from your hands alone will not move the psy wheel, not even if it's directly next to it. That said, keep them away from the wheel like 5-10 inch, just to be sure.
Then, concentrate. If you wish, imagine it moving. If you want, explain it to yourself in your head where you want it to move. Or just use pure will, focus on nothing else but the desire for the wheel to rotate. Again, to make it happen, it'll need like 15 sec for it to work. As a beginner maybe even more. I remember I could move my first psy wheel in a couple of minutes, but I'm guessing everyone learns at different rates.
Also, find a small seashell, a plastic figurine, or even a tiny eraser and hang it up somewhere. Make sure there is no draft in the room, and your breath can't disturb it. Then focus like before, and try to nudge it. I liked the seashells because it's very obvious when they start rotating, plus if you will them to stop it's also a lot more visible than say, a piece of eraser.
They say 15 minutes a day of practicing is a good start, but I say, if you have the time after a month or two slowly increase it to an hour. You'll want to develop, and this does exactly that. Also, don't strain yourself. If you're feeling dizzy, your head starts aching, stop. Try again later that day, or the next.
