Hello,
This morning I experienced terrible sleep paralysis. I have not experienced it since I was young. Like, around 4 or 5. Here is how it went.

>wake up, while looking towards the wall on the opposite side of the lone window in the room
>I am sleeping on my side with my head parallel with my chest
>I am unable to speak or pick up my head, but somehow I am able to roll my head about 20 degrees to see what is behind me out of my peripherals
>I see a figure clad in white with a darker face, but I cannot see the face clearly
>It is standing in front of the windows and appears to be moving closer
>it also appeared to be floating, but I may be mistaken but either way the top of the head was about seven feet high off the ground
>panic took over, and I tried my best to thrash about and wake up
>everything goes black and I wake up a second time
>I still feel like I can't move, but I don't feel any immediate danger so I quickly fall asleep again
>the third time I awake, I feel the panic again and sit up in bed and look towards the window, but all I see are the white curtains

I dismissed the figure I saw as the curtains and any fear quickly faded. But I was still troubled by the fact that I experienced sleep paralysis for the first time in about 16 or 18 years. Why did it just come back? So I did a quick web search to do some research and decided to look at images of it. Lo and behold, the same exact figure I saw appeared in this image.

Anyone have any information on what I experienced? I will answer any questions you guys have as well
