Nigga I'm a medium and I read hands. We are real. I was never taught to read hands, I just turned 13 and shit went down. Some of us don't ask for it. I ignore it, it can attract some dark shit. Mainly because ghosts know when ur a medium and they'll start too flood in and speak to you. The good ones rarely have shit to say and when they do they leave, other spirits see as a chance to fuck shit up and stay.

Yes, especially when I let my guard down or start to talk about it(it makes me more sensitive as I tap into it without meaning to). They speak to me in whatever form they come in. Usually communicating mentally or sometimes if they're really strong physically. But that's rare as seeing isn't a gift I'm particularly ept in. When they communicate it comes as a thought or suggestion that feels entirely unlike my own and not in the voice I speak to myself in either (it can even be a vision of something, never feels like its mine). This thought or suggestion is usually accompanied by a feeling of a presence there and I see them in my minds eye.
If I don't see them or feel them in minds eye.... That's when u worry. It's either lying to you or masking itself. If it's masking it's intelligent and strong (aka get the fuck out)

When you said you get a feeling of a presence but you cannot feel them with your minds eye, so you "get the fuck out"
Is it as easy as "getting the fuck out" I mean can you choose to let these thoughts in, and then on your own free will flush them out

It depends. Its a very complicated topic, the long story short is that the majority of mediums are snake oil salesman and full if shit. Be cautious though, I know someone personally who has habit of being able to see things in dreams. She's really careful about talking about it because she doesn't want people to think she's crazy. I have similar things but not nearly as often as her. I'll see images glimpses of things or places I've never seen before and I'll see then IRL. Sometimes a week later, sometimes it can be years later. Its extremely unpredictable. You'll find that the people who can actually see these sorts if things, are those who are the least eager to talk about it

Well for me, no, not always. It depends on the situations I meet them in. For example, if I meet them at a location that they live in or are attached to it is as simple as leaving. But if I'm in my home and it's a new spirit contacting me chances are I unknowingly attracted it and it may be difficult(because it wasn't in my home before or attached to it but wants me). It all depends on what the spirit wants and what it's attracted to. If you've got a demon in a home it almost ALWAYS attracted to someone because someone is feeding into its negativity or it has a task at hand. I hope this answers your question.

So then how are you more credible than anyone of the "delusional" people. Dreams don't make you more credible than one who reads hands. If both of you speak truth and are accurate the "delusional" people are then just as credible as you. Especially if they speak directly on things they had no way of knowing but pertain to the person they're reading. For instance, me giving the very date(date,month,year) this lady's father died and it was the first time I had met her. Some things cannot be explained guy. And though most ARE liars, there are exceptions.

Oh dude its a total mind fuck. It hits me so hard when I realise it; its like a moment where you wish you could tell someone, but at the same time you don't want too because you know people will think you're crazy. Now the really weird part, that's kind of disturbing, is the fact that not all of my dreams are something that I'll end up eventually seeing. Maybe 1/10th of 1 percent of my dreams end up being something I'll encounter in real life. The thing that really disturbs me is knowing that, while the chance is very small, my nightmares could actually be something that will happen
