Was there weather modification used on hurricane Patricia?

Cat 5 200mph

Cat 1 To a tropical storm 75mph

-175mph wind speed in a few miles from the water to land in less then 5 hrs right as its about to wreak everything, the eye spins out of control and it's broken up.

Could a sudden change in temperature be controlled by a satellite with a laser? HARRP?
Both seem plausible when you examine there capabilities.
Is there a certain crop or something of great value in that area of Mexico?

I just think the biggest storm ever should have packed a bigger more sustained punch...
