So there's this Mason temple in a small town near where i live... locals say it's been abandoned for 6 years, walk in and beyond the first room everything is spotless... like they left for the night. Not a single spec of dust, nothing out of order.

My uncle bought an old Masonic lodge so he could put a Subway sandwich franchise in there, and he had put in all the 1st floor windows. The building had been built around turn of 20th century with none excepting the 2nd floor.

Depends on the area. Ideally, there won't be regular windows around the lodge room, but subject to requirement and availability, there frequently is.
Hell, in mine we used to have big our big ol' windows open in the summer just to let some wind through, otherwise everyone would sweat through their tuxes.

People often think Lodges are abandoned, just because meetings are usually around dinner time, so no one sees them being used.

we looked for a basement, or any entrance, we found nothing but bathrooms and an empty would-be kitchen. everything was closed, and empty, maybe we didnt look hard enough tho

There's a few things in that pic which wouldn't be there if it were abandoned. Unless the district had an incredibly lax DDGM.

it is a town with less than 1500 people, Billy The Kid country (New Mexico), a quarter of the houses in the town are in crumbs, 7 gas stations (3 are half grocery stores), a single k-12 school.... yeah that town's pretty careless
