The first one, i was falling asleep and i didn't wanted to, so i forced my self no to do it, and then i realised i was indeed asleep, but my mind awake, and it felt like i could just wake up and i did it. I steped out the door and everything was gold, but i thought that better i stayed near my body and returned.
The second one i was already sleeping, and i realised it, and in the dream i started to fly, and i was so happy, and i was irradiating light like a motherfucker light being, and i felt like i could walk away of my body. I tried but failed halfway. Something pushed me back, and i woke up. This time I was at my house.
The third one, i was in my house too, and again realised i were asleep and my first thought was to get out my body and did it. My legs didn't worked because everything was so dense, and i felt like i was awake but everything was vibrating very very fast. I went out of my room flying, and felt fear, like, some bad energy was in my house, i felt fear, so i returned to my room, and then i saw a shadow that pushed me up to the ceiling, and, i swear it was a shadow with a horrible face, so i closed my eyes, and then star to fall, i fell, and when i felt i was no longer failing i knew i was in my body so i woked up. I still affraid of the bad energy of my house.
Sorry, first of all i don't speak english, and second my stories are shit. But, if i think i learnt something, is that you must realise that you are asleep and can move freely outside your body. HmMm, how do you do that?
I don't know. Some people say that you have to remember yourself that you are awake during the day, everyday and eventually you will do it in your sleep, and know that you are not awake, a "reality check" or something.
Other people say that you must force yourself so you dont fall asleep and when your body is sleeped you just step outside. There are a lot of methods.
