Okay, so, there is this 2d online flash second life called Whirled. It's pretty ridiculous shit, sort of has an underground 'fan' base (including me). The thing I linked was a store item that was uploaded yesterday with some sort of puzzles and shit. I have only been able to get the caeser cipher bit from the description provided. It reads:
"One code to decipher per state. Price locked indefinitely. buy gold. prepare for werlg on an unmeasurable scale"
