Greetings, /x/. I came here with questions and asking for help.
People who spend considerable amount of time with me complains, that they become tired and feel empty. I noticed that it mostly affects women, but not exclusively.
When I spend my time with friends, I always end up being the one who is the most "awake", has the most energy to do shit, and generally outgoing, even though I'm an introvert and I AM the one who should be in their position. And most of them are extroverts. Not to the point that they're falling asleep or just wants to lay in bed, but generally noticeable that they don't have as much energy.
When it comes to women, however, things are even worse. When I used to spend time together with my female friend, who is also interested in paranormal and shit like this, she constantly told me that I am draining her energy. Next day after our gathering she mostly spent her time home, resting. She literally needs to take time off to recover after being with me, really, what the hell?
Now comes what's the worst. My girlfriend. After we spend some time together, like a weekend for example, she feels tired all the time and drained. She literally needs days to recover to her former self. She enjoys spending time with me, and we have great time together, however, being near me takes a heavy toll on her.
Now comes the part when I ask you, /x/, for help. What the hell should I do? How the fuck do I avoid draining people's energy? I don't mind doing that to random fucks I don't care about, but I really don't want to do it to the people who matters to me. Is there any way to control this, or am I destined to bring nothing but misery to others? Is there anything I can do? Because I feel like it'll eventually take a heavy toll on my relationship and friendships. I don't think I do anything in particular to trigger this.
tl;dr I think I am energetic bloodsucker scum and I need help with stopping doing that.
inb4 I am so boring I put people to sleep
Thanks /x/
