Ever pass by a house on a quiet road and wonder what's in there?

I did. I passed by this house every night on my way back from work. It's actually not isolated, it's a little suburban street, but as you can see, in the night, it looks... Different. Either way, I never really cared about it until about 6 months ago. I was just walking back from work, as usual, when I heard something tapping a second story window. Or more like slapping it. I looked; it was very dark, but I definitely saw a face shrinking back in the shadows. It looked like a very tall man. I thought maybe it's just some junkie and ignored it. However, since then, other things grabbed my attention. I would see faint red lights coming from the windows, but never see anyone. Sometimes it would smell fucking horrible.

The only event I recall which was really out of the ordinary before last night was on a trash collection night, or rather the night before the day where they collect trash. As usual, everyone had their garbage cans/bags out by the street corner, and that house was no exception. However, this time, I smelled something fucking horrible. I decided to take a look in their garbage can.

It was filled with guts. Worse, they seemed mutilated, even chewed and bitten. I got the fuck out of there and called the cops anonymously, but it seems nothing ever came of it, at least as far as I know. That was a bit over a month ago. Last night is when things went bad. The news are talking about it right now and I definitely recognize the place in this picture, so I know it really happened.
