Looked at this posterized, high pass, and playing with levels. There are a few more bumps that don't show in OP's photo that makes me think he's not just a RPer.
So then one would crack open a medical book and look for viruses/germs/fungi/parasites, etc that make a grid-pattern. At least, that's what you'd do on another board. But he came to /x/, so I'm giving him /x/ advice.
Greys hate faith, or they are scared by it or something. It repels them. I don't have any scientific evidence, and anyone who claims they do before the govt allows them too is either putting themselves at great risk or lying. Maybe both.
But read into it and you'll find pseudo evidence. Greys cannot stomach to be around people with faith, and they often experiment on loners or people not many would miss. Shadow governments too, man.
