Hey /x/, in preparation for a large and very personal project of mine, I plan to do what Jung did and delve into the subconscious in a Red Book of my own. Have any of you done something similar? Hints, tips, links?

My plan is to take a close look at my dreams, starting with old ones that have stuck with me throughout the years. I'll try to interpret their meanings based on symbolism, but at least one of them was not symbolic. After that, I will use meditation to induce visions from the subconscious. That is one I might need help with.
