This is a shot in the dark but worth a try.
This was a spanish-language commercial that used to play on latin channels like telemundo and univision in the late 90's/early 2000's in the NY tristate area. It was for some window company, I'm assuming. The first segment involves this really round-faced guy sitting right in front of the camera in a beanie and winter clothing, in his freezing house (because the windows let the cold air in or something, i don't know). He's shivering profusely but otherwise not moving, just staring dead into the camera with these lifeless eyes. His skin is noticeably turning blue. A guy on a ladder knocks on the windows behind him and says something but you can barely hear him over the sound of the shivering and the wind. The freezing guy's eyes dart to the window for a second but then revert to staring into the camera. After he speaks, it just cuts to the next segment, which involves a little kid sleeping in his room, his bed next to windows. These two huge-ass, creepy as fuck uncanny valley CGI bees open his window and fly in slowly. One of them says in an exaggerated stereotypical dracula "i vant to dreenk blood" kind of voice, "VAMOS ATACAR EL NIÑO." ("LET'S ATTACK THE BOY.") The kid freaks out, but instead of a fluid motion (which would make sense - it's a real actor), the commercial kind of just rapidly switches between three or four images of him screaming. He jerks around like an unfinished flipbook.
This commercial used to scare the shit out of me. Anyone remember it?
