Meditation: Whats wrong with me?

No.16902368 ViewReplyReportDelete
I just started meditating a week a go, but I am not sure if I am doing it correctly. After about 10 minutes(I assume) I feel extremely warm. Then I need to open the windows, turn off the heating, and remove all my clothes, but even when I continue after that it just gets warmer and my body begins to sweat.
After that I kind of dont notice it anymore, but it feels like my body is glowing and the whole room starts spinning. Sometimes it feels like by mind is dettached from by body or I can see myself from behind. Sometimes I look like a skeleton or a dead body. It also feels like I have no body parts and its like I am floating in empty space. Finally the spinning kind a stops and I feel calm and sometimes I have to laugh uncontrollably then the motivation and concentration to further meditate just dissapears.
Actually everything happens in phases.

Phase 1: just concentrating on breathing
Phase 2: Seeing flashes and spheres of light
Phase 3: Getting very warm and sweating
Phase 4: Room spinning, feeling detached from body, floating
Phase 5: Calmness and uncontrollable laughter or smiling
Phase 6: return to phase 1 and then stopping

It was not scary or anything, but this seems weird. Nobody told me about this. Is this some kind of brain damage or what? is it normal? I have never done drugs tough.
Fuck, I tought this stuff was simple.

>pic more or less related. After some googling it comes the closest to what I felt.
