Iodine Drops and Dreams

I started iodine drops a week ago out of interest. I drop a day in water or tea.

Im dreaming properly for the first time in years. I remember my vivid dreams when I wake up, for the first time in SO LONG.

Anyone else had experiences with Iodine drops?

Symptoms of an Iodine Overdose

I actually took it to supplement thyroid function, but it turns out a lot of fringe websites talk of it de-calcifying the pineal gland/third eye. Im a believer now.

Yeah but you need a lot of salt apparently to get real progress. The day I took two drops I was too weird, weird thoughts, Iron Man by Black Sabbath looping in my head.

i don't know what type of iodine OP used, but the iodine levels in salt are inadequate compared to iodine supplementation with Lugold's.
