>>16903320Perhaps, but horror films can still find inventive ways to frighten its viewers, and that's why I keep wanting new movies. Whether it'll cripple my mind or not, how it achieves its goal is the entertaining part.
The last time I was terrified of a movie was when I was quite young, and I watched Shaun of the Dead. From there, other zombie shit just made my fears worse... but now I'm fine with watching zombie flicks.
Also, Tremors scared me, and I blame my parents for showing me that as a kid thinking I'd find it funny. I couldn't do anything but tiptoe on open ground for weeks.
