Spirituality is supposed to:
>make you appreciative of your life and experience
>make you responsible for your own actions
>make you perceive of something "higher" or more than yourself
>make you act peacefully in society
>give you a sense of joy and/or peace
But normal people already experience and have all of the things offered by living a "spiritual" life. So is spirituality just for autists who don't naturally have/do these things?
Thank you.
