Hi, i was always interested in shamanism and spiritual healing. At this point I'm a little bit lost because I don´t even know where to start. Could you give some basic references or some useful books?

I work with Reiki helping to channel the universal energy to balance the chakras and soothe any sort of ailments, physical or emotional. Yet I reinforce to never drop any medical treatment, one should not interfere on the other.

More on cakras a lot a of people dont know.

Chakra / Cakra directly translates to "wheel" from Sanskrit.
This is because the cakras are, where the energy streams of the body (sometimes called winds or tubes) come together and combine to form "entangled bundles"

Back in City of Heroes, the Empath class had an ability called "Absorb Pain". The Empath lost a portion of health, and recovered a portion of health from a target. It was possible to sacrifice yourself to use that ability.

Seems Jesus-y to me. And there's nothing to say Jesus wasn't alien, God, man, enlightened, or any combination thereof. I tend to think all religions and philosophies have at least an iota of truth to them. Same goes for Jesus.

I just realized, through contemplation while going about the days errands, that my spirit animal is the Black Jaguar. One of them at least.

A couple years ago I went to sleep and as soon as I fell asleep I woke up in dreamtime and there was a black jaguar staring me right in the eye from the side of my bed. To say it scared the crap out of me is an overstatement by one half only. But now I've come to realize that it was and is one of my spirit animals for me to work with and direct.

At the time I thought it was a familiar sent by a witch to make me afraid and docile. It's telling how patiently it was waiting. I look forward to working with Black Jaguar
